To create your custom 3D-printed orthotics, we’ll need three short videos from you before completing your order. These videos allow us to capture the exact shape and movement of your feet so we can design and 3D print orthotics made specifically for you.

1. Right Foot Video

Record about 30 seconds showing your right foot from multiple angles:

• Include the bottom of your foot.
  
• Slowly move around to show both sides and the back.
  
• Keep your foot well-lit and in focus.
  

2. Left Foot Video

Do the same for your left foot — about 30 seconds, showing all sides and the bottom clearly.

3. Gait (Walking) Video

Record a 30-second video of you walking at a normal, comfortable pace.

• Make sure your whole body and both feet are visible in the frame.
  
• Walk naturally in a straight line if possible.

Once your videos are uploaded, we’ll use them to create a precise 3D model of your feet and produce your custom 3D-printed orthotics tailored to your exact fit and movement.
